This GMP-oriented linear bottle washing machine handles approved 50 mL–1 L glass, PET, HDPE and PP bottles, excluding oval formats, and is available in HMLBWM-120, HMLBWM-150, HMLBWM-180 and HMLBWM-240 configurations with five internal washes, two external washes and tunnel-line integration.

The machine is configured for approved glass, PET, HDPE and PP bottle formats from 50 mL–1 L. A wire-woven infeed belt transfers bottles toward the handling system, while mechanical cams load and unload them from HDPE pockets.
The HMLBWM series is available in four rated output configurations: HMLBWM-120 at 120 BPM, HMLBWM-150 at 150 BPM, HMLBWM-180 at 180 BPM and HMLBWM-240 at 240 BPM. BPM means bottles per minute.
