Linear Tunnel Bottle Washing Machine Manufacturer in India

H M Pharma Machines manufactures the Linear Tunnel Type Bottle Washing Machine in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India for pharmaceutical and beverage bottle lines. The machine is configured for approved glass, PET, HDPE and PP bottle formats from 50 mL to 1 L. A wire-woven infeed belt transfers bottles toward the handling system, while mechanical cams load and unload them from HDPE pockets.

The HMLBWM series is available in four rated output configurations: HMLBWM-120 at 120 BPM, HMLBWM-150 at 150 BPM, HMLBWM-180 at 180 BPM and HMLBWM-240 at 240 BPM. BPM means bottles per minute.

The internal cycle follows five defined positions: compressed air, recirculated water, compressed air, fresh Purified Water and compressed air. Two external stages apply recirculated water followed by compressed air. Two SS 316 tanks, two 1 HP pumps, Code 7 filtration, pressure transmitters and process interlocks support the approved washing arrangement.

How the Linear Tunnel Bottle Washing Machine Works

The machine moves approved bottle formats through four controlled handling phases.

Step 01

Wire-Woven Belt Infeed

The infeed belt transfers approved bottle formats toward the machine handling system.

Cam Loading into Pockets

Mechanical cams load the bottles into HDPE pockets for controlled linear movement.

Internal & External Washing

The pockets carry bottles through five internal wash positions and two external wash stages.

Cam Unloading & Transfer
