Dedicated Top-Surface Application
Applies the approved self-adhesive label to the top face of compatible containers and packs.
Applies pressure-sensitive labels to the approved top face of containers, tubs, boxes and compatible flat-top packs. The final configuration is developed from container and label samples, loading method and required output.

Machine overview
H M Pharma Machines manufactures automatic top side sticker labeling machines in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India for approved flat-top containers and packs used in food, pharmaceutical, cosmetic, chemical and allied applications.
The product travels on a PVC endless conveyor. A product sensor detects the approved pack, after which a self-adhesive label is dispensed and applied to its top surface. The no-container/no-label sequence helps prevent unnecessary label dispensing.
The reference configuration includes PLC control, a 4.3-inch HMI touchscreen, VFD conveyor speed adjustment and an emergency stop. Output, label size, container range, utilities and automatic-loading suitability are finalized after sample review and trial.

Configuration summary
Final machine selection is based on approved container and label samples, loading method, target output and line-integration requirement.
Why this machine
Applies the approved self-adhesive label to the top face of compatible containers and packs.
A PVC endless conveyor transfers the product through the sensing and labeling zone.
PLC logic and a 4.3-inch HMI provide operator control for the configured machine sequence.
Product sensing inhibits label application when no approved container is present.
The reference design uses an SS pipe frame and an MS top plate clad with SS 304 sheet for rigidity and accessible cleaning.
Manual placement or pneumatic automatic loading can be evaluated according to container geometry.
Operating process
The configured system moves each approved pack through four controlled operating phases.
Products are placed on the conveyor manually or through an approved pneumatic loading arrangement.
The sensor detects the incoming container and enables the label-application sequence.
The self-adhesive label is dispensed and pressed onto the approved top surface.
The labeled product leaves the application zone for collection or downstream equipment.
Applications & selection
Top-cover label application can be configured after review of the container shape, lid surface and label sample.
Compatible flat-top packs can be evaluated for automatic sensing, label placement and conveyor handling.
Suitable rigid packs can be reviewed where the approved label is applied to a stable top surface.
Top labels for compatible jars, tubs or boxes can be configured after sample trial.
Container material, top-surface stability and label compatibility are confirmed before final selection.
The machine can operate independently or transfer products to approved downstream equipment.

Options & project scope
The container or pack must provide a stable top surface suitable for the approved self-adhesive label.
Final configuration is selected after review of container samples, label roll, target output and line layout.
A pneumatic loader can place compatible containers onto the conveyor; unsuitable geometries may require manual placement.
Manuals, drawings, certificates and qualification support can be included as defined in the approved order.
Controls & protection
The final alarm and interlock philosophy is documented for the approved machine configuration.
An emergency switch is provided on the control panel for operator access.
Product sensing prevents label application when no approved container is detected.
A variable-frequency drive allows the configured conveyor speed to be adjusted.
The PLC coordinates product detection, conveyor movement and label application.
A 4.3-inch touchscreen provides operator access to the configured machine controls.
Where selected, pneumatic loading is matched to the approved container geometry and operating sequence.
