Round Bottle Labeling Machine
Full or partial wrap-around label application for approved cylindrical bottles and jars.
Compare automatic sticker labeling machines for approved round, square, rectangular and oval bottles across wrap-around, single-side, double-side and rotary applications.
For machine selection, send a bottle sample or drawing, label dimensions and roll details, required bottles per minute, and any coding or inspection requirements. We supply within India only; the approved bottle and label determine the final configuration.
Machine selection
Round bottles can rotate against a wrap belt or roller so a self-adhesive label follows the cylindrical surface. Square and rectangular containers require face orientation and stabilization, while oval containers need dedicated positive control because the body can rotate unpredictably during application.
H M Pharma Machines offers round-bottle, rotary, square single-side, square double-side and oval double-side labeling platforms. The published round and double-side references below specify approved HDPE bottles. Glass, PET, other plastics, compatible metal containers and jars can be submitted for a separate sample review; they are not automatically covered by those reference ratings.
Final output, dispenser type, conveyor guides, top holding, format parts, sensors, coding, vision and reject system are selected from samples and line requirements.

Side-by-side comparison
Match the label faces and bottle shape first, then check the published reference and submit the actual bottle and label roll. Square and oval pages focus on different format-review questions within the published double-side scope. For vials, ampoules or flat-top packs, compare all labeling machine types.
| Machine type | Container geometry | Handling and application | Published reference / approval basis |
|---|---|---|---|
| Round bottle — HSL-120 | Round / cylindrical | Spacing and controlled rotation for full or partial wrap labels | Up to 40 BPM on approved 50 mL–1 L HDPE round bottles; ±1 mm placement, subject to bottle and label quality. |
| Rotary | Approved round bottles and compatible formats | Worm, star wheel and synchronized turret | Review the rotary platform when the required output and positive handling determine selection. |
| Square single side | Square, rectangular or stable flat-sided bottle | Face orientation and one label head | Select for one approved label face; use the machine page to review the actual bottle and label format. |
| Square / rectangular double side | Square or rectangular bottle | Alignment and two label heads for front-and-back labels | Up to 60 BPM in the approved 100 mL–1 L HDPE range. The published platform also covers approved oval formats. |
| Oval double side | Oval or elliptical bottle | Orientation and stabilization of the two broad faces | Up to 60 BPM in the approved 100 mL–1 L HDPE range. Review actual oval geometry and label positions before confirming handling. |

Frequently asked questions
Selection depends on bottle shape and stability, label size and material, wrap or face application, required output, coding and inspection requirements.
Yes. Full or partial wrap-around application can be reviewed against the approved bottle and label samples.
Yes. The double-side platform applies labels to two opposite faces during one conveyor pass.
Oval bottles can rotate unpredictably, so dedicated orientation and top stabilization are used to control the broad faces.
Applicable coding, camera inspection, label-presence checking and reject handling can be included in the approved scope.
