Application overview

Lubricant Filling Built for Product and Pack

Lubricants can range from relatively free-flowing hydraulic oils to high-viscosity gear oils. Density, operating temperature, product aeration, stringing and container geometry all influence the dosing method and achievable output.

The approved project may use electronic flow measurement, net-weight filling, servo piston dosing or calibrated gear-pump filling. Pumps, meters, seals, hoses or piping and nozzles are selected only after product compatibility review. Anti-drip and controlled filling profiles can be included where appropriate.

Filling can be synchronized with cap feeding and tightening, induction or other approved sealing, labeling, coding, inspection, accumulation and conveying.

Frequently asked questions

Lubricant Oil Filling Machine FAQs

Which filling machine is suitable for lubricant oil?

Selection depends on lubricant type, viscosity and temperature, fill range, container, accuracy and output. Flow meter, load cell, servo piston or gear pump systems may be considered after review.

Can one machine fill engine oil and gear oil?

It may be possible within an approved operating range, but the large viscosity difference can change pump, nozzle, feed and output requirements. Both products should be tested.

How is lubricant dripping controlled?

Shut-off or diving nozzles, controlled filling profiles, pump reversal or other anti-drip provisions may be applied after trials.

Can the filler handle multiple containers?

Compatible formats can be handled through settings, guides and dedicated change parts within the approved range.

Can the machine integrate with capping and labeling?

Yes. Filling can be integrated with cap feeding, tightening, sealing, labeling, coding, inspection and conveyors.
