Edible Oil Filling Machine
Application-matched filling for approved cooking, vegetable and food oils with hygiene, cleanability and container requirements reviewed for the project.
Explore Edible Oil FillingH M Pharma Machines engineers oil filling systems after reviewing the approved oil, filling temperature, viscosity, dose range, container, required accuracy and line output. This page compares suitable applications and filling technologies; final model-level specifications are provided on the selected machine page and in the approved quotation.
Selection overview
Oil products differ in viscosity, density, flow behavior, temperature and hygiene requirements. A suitable filler is therefore selected from the application rather than from the word “oil” alone. The project review considers fill quantity, target accuracy, container stability, neck opening, closure and required speed.
Available concepts include electronic flow measurement, net-weight filling, servo piston dosing and calibrated gear-pump filling. Product-contact parts, seals, hoses or piping, nozzles and cleaning arrangement are finalized for the approved oil and operating conditions.
The selected oil filling system can be supplied as standalone equipment or as part of a synchronized line with container feeding, capping, sealing, labeling, coding, inspection and conveying.

| Load Cell | Continuous net-weight measurement | Weight-based filling for approved bottles, jars, cans or pails | View details |
| Servo Piston | Programmable piston displacement | Approved oils ranging from low to high viscosity, with adjustable fill ranges | View details |
| Servo Gear Pump | Calibrated gear-pump rotation | Compatible oils ranging from free-flowing to viscous with selected pump and seals | View details |
Selection process
Confirm product category, density, viscosity range, operating temperature and compatibility requirements.
Provide container and closure samples or drawings, minimum neck size and format range.
Define fill range, tolerance, bottles per minute and batch or shift production.
Confirm cleaning, utilities, upstream and downstream equipment and available layout.
Specification basis
Oil filling is not supplied as one fixed machine model. The filling technology is selected from the approved oil sample, viscosity and filling temperature, dose range, container, required accuracy and production output. Final specifications correspond to the selected filling-machine configuration.

Frequently asked questions
Selection depends on oil type, viscosity, temperature, dose, container, target accuracy and output. Flow meter or flow sensor, load cell, servo piston or servo gear pump systems may be considered after application review.
A selected and configured system may handle approved oils within its validated operating range, but every oil must be reviewed for pump, meter, seal, nozzle and cleaning compatibility.
The selected system can handle compatible formats within the approved size, neck and stability range, with dedicated guides or change parts where required.
Shut-off or diving nozzles, controlled speed profiles, pump reversal or other anti-drip arrangements may be applied after product trials.
Yes. Filling can be integrated with container feeding, capping, sealing, labeling, coding, inspection and conveyors.
