Application overview
Cooking oils vary in density, viscosity, temperature and flow behaviour. The filling concept is selected after reviewing the actual oil, target quantity, container and required speed. This avoids applying one generic dosing method to every edible oil project.
Product-contact materials, seals, hoses or piping, nozzles, surface finish and cleaning provision are confirmed against the approved oil and food-production requirements. No-bottle-no-fill logic, recipe control, controlled nozzle profiles and anti-drip arrangements can be configured where appropriate.
A standalone filler can also be planned as part of a complete edible oil line with container feeding, capping or sealing, labeling, coding, inspection and conveying.
